Shipping Time
How can enjoy a free shipping policy?
Our shipping if FREE for all leather jackets from our international shipping centers to North American and European countries. For other countries a minor charges will be charged based on destination and products.
Taxes/ Duties
Sales taxes, or other taxes, duties, customs, import/export charges, or similar governmental charges are not included in the price of the products. We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the United States in accordance with our order policy in effect at the time of purchase. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, duties, customs, import/export charges, or similar governmental charges.
What ship methods are used?
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we can guarantee these delivery times. (Except for sudden factors)
How do I check my order status?
As soon as the shipment will be dispatched by courier company, a tracking number will be sent to you by email containing tracking number and courier company name. You can track your shipment directly on their websites. For any further query you could drop us an email on support@amjadlloyd.com Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our customer service team.
Should I enter my mobile telephone at check out?
It is recommended that you enter in your mobile phone number at check out to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Please keep the mobile phone unblocked, which can ensure faster delivery.
How soon will I receive my package after my order placed?
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 5-7 business days
Shipping time: 6-9 business days(According to the logistics method and delivery address)
Delivery days = Processing time + Shipping time
Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume.
My package has been lost or stolen.
If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, or that your package was delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact us at within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in completing the claims process with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). AMJ Lloyd is not held responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. We will contact you with the next steps on an out-of-stock item via email.
