What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept PayPal and all major Debit and Credit cards using Stripe for the payment. We find both PayPal and Stripe to be one of the most secure and hassle free payment methods for us and also for the customer.
How Do You Deliver?
Since we supply goods worldwide, we use various international couriers to deliver our goods. These include DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, and many more. All our orders are fully trackable therefore you would know exactly when to expect the delivery at your doorstep.
What Happens If There Is Nobody In, When My Parcel Is Delivered?
For some delivery services, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office sorting office. All courier companies e.g. DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc. leave a card to contact for rescheduling a delivery.
Do I Have To Sign For The Delivery When It Arrives?
Yes, signature would be required on delivery for safety and record keeping purposes.
I Am Having Problems Placing My Order Online Or I’m Not Sure Whether It’s Gone Through?
If you receive acknowledgement and confirmation emails, then your order has gone through okay. If you have not received any email, go to the “My Account” section of the website and click on ORDER HISTORY. If your order doesn't appear on the list, you would need to place it again.
Can I Change or Cancel an Order Once I’ve Placed It?
Yes. Orders can be changed or cancelled before the item has been shipped. Therefore, please let us know as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel an order that has been confirmed, you would need to contact us before we dispatch it. To be on the safe side, always ensure you review your order carefully as you go through the checkout process. “Make to Order” are not changeable since they were tailored as per your requested color and size.
How Do I Know Which Size To Select?
Please refer to our Size Guide page to find out what size will be a perfect fit for you. If you are still unsure regarding sizing, please feel to drop us an email or use our online contact form to let us know your exact measurements and we would be more than happy to help you in selecting your perfect size.
What If I Require An Exchange To Get A Different Size?
In this case, please contact us via email and we will forward to you our return address. The returned and re-sending new size merchandise, customer would bear shipping expenses.
Do I have to Pay any Tax or Duties?
Yes, please note that the customer is responsible for paying in any VAT/ Duties/ taxes in their countries, we cover only Free Shipment Charges from our factory/ warehouse to your destination for your order, returns/ exchange charges will be client responsibility.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. However, there will be some minor deductions. Kindly see your Refund Policy page.
What if I receive a wrong order?
We do apologize for the inconvenience, kindly contact us by email and send us pictures of the wrong item you received, we would guide you further.
